HOW DO I KNOW IF ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE?
 
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site,
occasionally we do sell out of certain items.  If we are out of stock on an item
that you have ordered, we will notify you by email.

WHERE DO I SEND A RETURN?
 
To make a return, please:
Contact customerservice@ricochet.co.nz to request a Return Authorization
number within 7 days of delivery.  Please allow suitable time for us to process
your request. A representative will contact you with your Return Authorization
Number and return shipping instructions. You will receive a confirmation email
once your return has been received and processed.
  
HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?
 
All correctly returned products will be credited as a refund to the original
purchaser’s credit card.  Once your package has been received at
ricochet.co.nz, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
 
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in
order for an exchange request to be processed.  Unfortunately we cannot

All items must be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all
garment tags attached. Please note that a Return Authorization Number does 
not guarantee that your return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to
